Arrest report for Jan. 13-16

The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for the period of Jan. 13-16:

A man was arrested Jan. 13 on a charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08. The 74-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 14 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge.

A 30-year-old Kingwood man is facing a second degree felony charge of aggravated assault of a family member after being arrested Jan. 13. He was booked Jan. 14.

A Houston man is facing a third degree felony charge of criminal mischief ($20,000 to $100,000) after being arrested Jan. 14. He was booked on Jan. 15.

A woman was arrested Jan. 15 on a charge of driving while intoxicated offense blood alcohol concentration .08. The 36-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 15 and is facing a third degree felony charge.
